This bronze case is 12.5 cm tall, including the lid. It has an upper diameter of 15.5 cm and a lower diameter of 8 cm. A pointed handle and round clay band are found in three layers around the handle at the heart of the lid. Three lines of clay bands circle in parallel to the mouth and body of the case. The lid has a thin line in a honeysuckle pattern (indongmun in Korea) found in the mural paintings in Goguryeo-period ancient tombs. It is assumed that the tomb came to be called Indongchong because of this pattern.
