Among the five partially completed glass containers excavated from the south mound of Great Tomb of Hwangnam, this one is the most distinct in terms of shape and color. The mouth and body have bubbles rising toward the right in a spiral, which indicates that it was blown. The walls are on the thicker side and show less transparency than the rest. The bottom is uneven, which shows that it probably did not serve a practical function. Component analysis has shown that it is made from soda glass. The glass bowls excavated from the south mound of Great Tomb of Hwangnam all show ingredients from Central Asia.
